Vibrant Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center operating three locations in Wyandotte County. Vibrant Health provides primary medical, dental, behavioral health care and women’s health care for children and adults. Serving over 10,000 patients annually, Vibrant Health is recognized as a NCQA Patient-Centered Medical Home.

The mission of Vibrant Health is to provide access to respectful, empowering, culturally sensitive and appropriate high-quality health care for the community, regardless of socio-economic obstacles. We pursue this mission through the delivery of equitable, “whole” person care for children and adults. In addition to primary medical, dental, behavioral health and women’s health services, Vibrant Health provides community outreach services, school-based preventive oral health services and school-based behavioral health services.
