Centrally located in historic Fisherman's Wharf, Hotel Caza is just steps away from the waterfront, Pier 39 and Lombard Street. The property provides easy access to Embarcadero and North Beach's acclaimed dining and entertainment.



Overview

Ready to dive headfirst into the dynamic world of accounting and finance? We're searching for bright, driven interns currently in their Junior or final year of undergraduate study, and we've crafted an exclusive 10-week journey that will take your financial expertise to a whole new level. Designed to fully immerse you into the financial operations that keep our Hotel Property Portfolio thriving. A 360-view rotational program that exposes you to the various facets of accounting and finance from corporate accounting, internal controls, property finance operation and analysis.



Responsibilities

    Work alongside the Hotel Accounting and Finance Team
  • Participate in the month-end close process, prepare journal entries, reconciliations and month-end financial statements
  • Assist with various projects as needed
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Finance (in progress) or a similar degree
  • Minimum Junior status
  • Knowledge of Accounting and/or Finance principals
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and reports) and PowerPoint skills
  • Must be organized with the ability to work accurately in a time-efficient manner
  • Ability to participate in a 10-week program (June - August)
  • This position requires an applicant to work onsite in a hotel.
