Summer 2025 Human Resources Intern

Internship Primary Duties / Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and implementation of programs and initiatives that promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
• Organize and participate in employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs
• Gather employee feedback and help develop strategies to enhance overall employee satisfaction and morale
• Support the recruitment process by taking time to understand our business and revamp our interview processes
• Prepare reports and presentations to share findings with the HR team and leadership
• Assist in conducting safety audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements
• Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to safety and compliance matters
• Support the development and implementation of training programs to promote a safe and compliant work environment

The qualified candidate will be enrolled in an undergraduate program and will be a sophomore, junior or senior in the fall of 2025 with a degree focus in Human Resources or Business.
