As an IT Project Manager you will, lead or assist, as assigned, in the planning, implementation and introduction of IT projects for a wide variety of business units seeking new systems and technologies. Work with project sponsors to develop project documents including scope of work and project plans. Manage project team roles and responsibilities, identify business requirements, define project deliverables, provide business user satisfaction, and ensure quality projects are delivered. Ensure that effective communications and relationships between customers and project team members are maintained.

This position is based in our St. Paul office, but there may be options for hybrid work.


QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, related degree, or equivalent work experience is required.
  • 3 years successful track record of delivering projects that meet business objectives as well as time, budget, and quality guidelines. Experience in working with large-scale technical applications defining requirements; and managing project plans, test plans, and resources.
  • Solid understanding of project management methodology, tools, and techniques.
  • Demonstrated experience leading multiple complex projects from design to delivery and managing multiple converging deadlines.
  • Objective decision-making ability, strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and evolving technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Understand business issues and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Proficient at managing multiple converging deadlines and priorities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and be able to change work focus.
  • Competencies in the following areas:

    • Financial Acumen


  • Possess a valid driver's license.
