Offered salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. *Must be U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident, meet Department of Homeland Security Designated School Official requirements. Job Summary: The Program Assistant is responsible for managing all reception desk operations and administrative support for 2 locations of the OISS office. He/she will be available in the offices to greet visitors, field general visa inquires, and direct visitors to the appropriate advisor. He/she will oversee all billing functions, expenses, vouchers, reimbursements, and budget reporting. He/she will support the student and scholar processes by conducting in-take and out-take tasks, the initial review of requests, notification, and follow-up communication. Support office communication and social media platforms. Please note: This position requires the individual to be on campus during normal business hours which are typically 9:00am to 5:00pm. This is not a remote position. The two OISS campus office locations are: 630 Dartmouth (Evanston), and 1920 Sheridan (Evanston). Specific Responsibilities: Documents & Databases
