The 2025 Chicago Headquarters internship program will focus on Construction Equipment Products and Solutions. Our products and solutions help construct new cities, plan for urban growth, and create a sustainable world. We're working on exciting technologies like self-driving machines, electric equipment, and remote-control systems to make construction more efficient and environmentally friendly. Also, through our continuing pursuit of reduction of greenhouse gases and waste generated by manufacturing sites and the lessening of the burden on the environment, Komatsu innovation will contribute to the realization of a sustainable society. Key Job Responsibilities
The Intern, Customer Solutions will have the opportunity to advance Komatsu's customer and distributor-facing customer solutions and tools by engaging and measuring customer data. The intern will work on the team that is responsible for Komatsu's digital product offerings, and customer support for these products. An opportunity to work with the latest technologies, including an exploration into AI to deliver data, insights, and value-added support to our customers and distributors. This role will have an opportunity to work with a variety of departments and functions, including IT, products, service, marketing, and customer support.
