Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FP&A Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will support the Komatsu Mining Technology ("KMT" - Mining Equipment OEM) business unit and provide support to the Corporate KMT functions such as KMT Legal, Accounting, HR, and Executives. The FP&A Supervisor will play a critical role in financial planning, analysis, and decision support to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives. Key Job Responsibilities
* Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for the KMT business, consolidating product line business unit financials and analyzing results. Qualifications/Requirements
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA, CMA, or CPA preferred. Additional Information
