What does a Senior Enterprise Project Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?
As the Senior Enterprise Project Manager you will play a pivotal role in the planning, initiation and execution of multiple large projects that impact the entire Swire organization. You will lead corporate-wide transformation programs, coordinating resources across the company. Collaborating closely with cross functional departments to drive process improvements, maintain quality standards, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. The right candidate will identify project risks, interpret financial insights, and mentor team members to achieve key milestones and reach corporate identified goals.

Responsibilities:



  • Manages the governance processes to plan, prioritize, track, and align work efforts across all programs and portfolios aligned to strategic initiatives
  • Adheres to project management methodologies, tools, guidelines, and standards performing project postmortem and stop/start/continue audits
  • Assists with evaluating business cases and ROI to the business to ensure contribution toward EBITDA growth glidepath
  • Monitors project and program pipeline ensures on time completion, within budget and scope consistent with established standards
  • Integrates data and information from corporate strategic programs to support the balanced scorecard
  • Collaborate with cross functional departments and executive team to improve business process and procedures
  • Acts as coach and mentor to executive sponsors and project teams conducting training as needed
  • Builds and maintains relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor able to influence decisions based on scope, key milestones, schedules, resource requirements and escalates risks and opportunities



Requirements:



  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required
  • 10+ years Project management experience required
  • Experience building and presenting analysis to key stakeholders and executives required
  • Analyze large volumes of data, identify potential issues and root causes and work with subject matter experts to develop solutions in a rapidly changing and ambiguous environment required
  • Consumer Product Good industry experience preferred
  • PMP or Agile or Lean Six Sigma training preferred
