Genesis10 is currently seeking an Agile Scrum Master with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Use past stats to drive planning discussion on quarterly basis Keep track of enterprise mandates for application, coordinate them with developers and other groups Organize and keep track of level 3 production support Ensure issues are handled timely and according to priority Run scrum ceremonies, track attendance, keep track of notes and action items in wiki Organize production releases: keep track of dates, tickets and sign-offs, communicate deadlines Requirements: 7-10 years operating as a Scrum Master Proficient with Jira boards, plans and reporting Proficient with Agile/scrum methodology and ceremonies Proficient with MS Excel, including pivot tables and charts Good communication skills Ability to talk to developers and product owners in their languages Good motivation skills Help maintain productive relationship between team members Some technical experience or education Desired skills: Financial experience Pay Range: $68.38 - $76.38 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
