This position is based in American Fork, UT, and we're seeking candidates who are open to a hybrid work arrangement, combining both in-office and remote work.
Summary:
Henry Schein One is looking for an experienced Manager, Talent Acquisition, to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the full recruitment life cycle and play a crucial role in ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top talent for a dental SaaS technology company. You will work closely with senior leadership to refine recruitment strategies and processes. Collaborate with various teams to enhance our employer brand and improve the Company's overall talent density.
What you will do:
- Leadership: You will lead a high-performing talent acquisition team. You will own our talent acquisition strategy & roadmap, identifying and prioritizing the most important talent initiatives and ensuring our team is staffed to meet the core needs of the business. You will be responsible for their coaching, development, and overall performance and delivery of KPIs.
- Recruitment Processes: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding and training of hiring managers. Develop and conduct bi-annual training sessions with hiring managers on process, techniques, policy, compliance and best practices.
- Candidate Experience: Implement best practices for candidate assessment and selection to create a positive recruitment experience.
- Employer Branding: Partner with marketing and communications teams to craft compelling recruitment materials and enhance our employer brand.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process and build partnerships that support diverse talent acquisition.
- Data & Analytics: Apply data and insights to track recruitment metrics and identify, drive and refine improvements to our hiring processes. Provide regular reports and recommendations based on key data for senior management.
- Stakeholder Engagement: You will serve as a core talent acquisition (TA) partner to leaders on talent acquisition-related topics by collaborating with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand and deliver on all staffing needs across the employee lifecycle as well as define and deliver on recruitment best practices across the enterprise (US-focused only).
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all hiring-related legal and regulatory requirements and stay informed about industry trends. Including Affirmative Action Reporting.
- Recruitment Systems: Responsible for ATS and other technology related recruitment systems in partnership with Chief People Officer and current HRIS system/process integrations. Responsible for relationships and/or partnerships with all other pre-screenings or HRIS related tools.
Qualifications
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Strong proficiencies in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS software, data analytic tools, and overall computer/technology.
- Demonstrated ability to create and analyze recruitment data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional coach manager, with deep experience in effective hiring, onboarding, development and performance management.
- Experience driving high-impact talent program/process improvements end-to-end
- Highly data-driven; uses metrics to set and hold team accountable to goals, as well as to identify and drive opportunities for improvement in hiring processes
- Establishes strong partnerships with senior leaders; builds trust quickly and provides high-value counsel on talent acquisition related issues
- Experience fostering strong team culture and engagement in a remote environment
