Staff Accountant - Specialty Rental - Powerhouse - Delanco, NJ

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and detail-oriented staff accountant to handle the day-to-day accounting activities.They will strive to understand the organization as a whole in order to interact effectively with and provide assistance to all levels of the company.

Job responsibilities:

• Perform monthly account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and analyze financial reports
• Regular review of general ledger and balance sheet transactions for correctness
• Job costing analysis
• Maintain fixed assets and inventory files
• Daily cash applications and ACH/check processing
• Assist with other accounting projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting or related field with 2+ years of experience
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare reports
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus

Job Location:

As a Staff Accountant, you will be based in our Delanco, NJ office. The first 90 days you will be in the office every day. After that the position will be hybrid.
