The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join the Adobe Home Surfaces team. You will help with the mission of building delightful, personalized experiences designed to sustain repeated engagement and drive conversion for our B2B members.

In this high impact role, you'll play a key part in defining a strategy and roadmap for B2B on Home to improve the workflows of millions of our members. Our hardworking team of designers, developers, and product managers work hand-in-hand to build coherent and meaningful experiences.

What you'll Do
  • Engage with our customers, develop a deep understanding of their needs, and always be aware where the creative product market is going.
  • Use customer research, competitive insights, and industry standard methodologies to create compelling and delightful user experiences that tackle the most challenging problems for our customers.
  • Craft and drive the roadmap, define use cases and detailed requirements, feature prioritization, and key results
  • Understand, define, and manage metrics to analyze the customer and business impact of features and projects, and then refine those metrics to create an environment of continuous learning, testing, and improvement.
  • Work with global design, data science, research, engineering, and cross-Adobe teams to drive product strategy and bring experiences to life that reflect a deep sensitivity to customer needs.
  • Drive alignment and communication with partners with increasing and conflicting demands.
What you need to succeed
  • Startup mentality and the ability to break down complex problems. A systems thinker, and a builder at heart.
  • Bias toward action with a track record of driving initiatives from conception to completion. You love developing a vision but are also able to get into the weeds and drive things on ground.
  • Deep customer empathy in the B2B space across SMB and enterprise, and unbounded curiosity.
  • Knack to form and maintain close partnerships across functional and organizational boundaries, and a collaborative style that allows you to guide teams to the right outcome at various levels
  • A metrics driven approach to product development, feature prioritization, cohort analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Passion for user-centric design and experience, and the creative space.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-geo and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, or 5+ years of product management experience. MBA preferred.

Our creative and document solutions are used by designers, photographers, filmmakers, content publishers, storytellers, UX designers, knowledge workers, consumers and more. Through our connected apps and services, customers have all the tools and assets they need to create and manage content across desktop and mobile devices.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $121,800 -- $228,700 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
