As a pivotal member of the team, you'll have the unique chance to be the central link between Marketing Ops and the Global Marketing Organization (GMO), driving the execution and coordination of marketing efforts across multiple regions and categories. You will not only track and manage the full spectrum of marketing campaigns, from flagship global initiatives to more localized efforts but also shape the future of our marketing strategy by providing critical performance insights that influence budget decisions and strategic direction.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) and ensure that their strategic vision is seamlessly completed. You'll also ensure rigorous review processes are followed, creating alignment between teams and facilitating collaboration to optimize marketing efforts. As part of this role, you'll help drive operational efficiency, becoming a trusted partner for the outbound PMMs as they refine, influence, and approve key marketing initiatives in conjunction with GMO.

Your contributions will have a direct impact on how we market products globally, while also streamlining our processes for better efficiency and cross-functional alignment.

Additionally, you will review marketing presentations and messaging, acting as a thought partner with PMMs to refine the message and narrative for an executive audience prior to leadership review, ensuring the content is impactful and well-prepared while pressure testing where needed. This comprehensive support will not only enhance marketing effectiveness but also contribute significantly to the overall success of campaigns across the creative business.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the central connection point between Marketing Ops and the Global Marketing Organization (GMO), ensuring seamless collaboration and coordination across marketing activities.

  • Track and manage all marketing campaigns (both major and minor) happening each quarter, maintaining a comprehensive view of their progress, performance, and impact on current and historical quarters.

  • Analyze campaign performance data to inform future marketing strategies and budget decisions, ensuring insights are aligned with broader business goals.

  • Ensure proper review processes are in place, collaborating closely with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to oversee and approve all marketing-related activities.

  • Provide dedicated operational support to outbound PMMs, streamlining their efforts to understand, influence, and review outbound marketing campaigns in partnership with GMO (Global Marketing Organization).

  • Review marketing presentations and messaging, acting as a thought partner with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to refine the message and narrative for an executive audience prior to leadership review, and pressure test where needed.

What You Need to Succeed

  • BA/BS preferred OR minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing operations, analytics, or related fields, with a proven ability to drive business impact through effective campaign management.

  • Demonstrated experience in overseeing and analyzing marketing campaigns in a B2C.

  • Strong understanding of both major and minor marketing initiatives, with the ability to assess performance metrics and inform strategic decisions.

  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills, with a talent for crafting compelling narratives and messaging tailored for executive audiences.

  • Experience in developing and implementing review processes to enhance the quality and effectiveness of marketing presentations and messaging.

  • Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven decision-making and a keen eye for identifying trends and insights.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

  • A proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a geographically dispersed team, building trusted relationships across functions in a matrixed environment.

  • A commitment to continuous improvement, with a willingness to adapt to changing business needs and embrace new challenges.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $136,600 -- $297,600 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
