RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid (This role is not eligible for sponsorship)

*Flexible Work Arrangement: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday on-site in Newark, OH and Thursday & Friday remote work option.



  • Develop and maintain access models and role-based access controls (RBAC) using SailPoint.
  • Define and manage user roles, access profiles, and entitlements within SailPoint IdentityNow.
  • Collaborate with business lines to review and analyze access needs.
  • Maintain SailPoint Request Center to ensure all access is requestable in accordance with proper approval structures.
  • Execute certification campaigns through SailPoint in accordance with IAM policies and controls.
  • Assist with control self-testing when applicable.
  • Monitor and analyze user access for separation of duties (SOD) concerns and toxic relationships to mitigate risk.
  • Provide support and troubleshooting for IAM Specialists for SailPoint related issues.
  • Configure SailPoint to ensure ease of use and understanding for end users.

    • Provide QA for deployment of new SailPoint integrations developed by the Build team.
    • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.
    • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.
    • Other duties as assigned.


    EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE



    • High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, preferred
    • 2 - 4 years experience with Sailpoint IdentityNow, Cybersecurity, and/or Risk & Controls
    • Certification: Sailpoint Essentials preferred


    SCHEDULE

    Typical office hours are M-F 8a-5p. This a full time, salary exempt role, with a hybrid workplace schedule expected on-site days (M, T, W) in Central Ohio. A minimum 40 hours is required per week.

    This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers and stakeholders to discuss and exchange accurate information.

    Travel to conferences may be expected.
