Description

Flexible Work Arrangement: 3 days (M, T, W) on-site in Newark, Ohio, Orlando or Weston, FL; 2 days remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid



  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Interview and select candidates for openings, set goals for associates, assign tasks/duties, conduct on-the-job training, develop associates' skills and encourage growth, prepare disciplinary write-ups as appropriate, prepare and conduct performance reviews and make recommendations for salary adjustments, approve timecards for FTEs and other duties associated with managing a staff.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the core banking platforms, managing daily operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability.
  • Configure and optimize the core product to meet business needs, including the customization of workflows, forms, and reports.
  • Provide technical support to users of the core system, resolving issues, answering questions, and offering training as needed.
  • Plan and coordinate system upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations, working closely with vendor and internal IT teams to minimize disruptions.
  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless integration between the core system and other platforms, such as online banking, payment processing, and mobile apps.
  • Ensure that the core product adheres to regulatory, compliance, and security standards, including managing user access, role-based permissions, and audit trails.
  • Monitor system performance, identifying areas for improvement, optimizing processes, and addressing any potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and support tickets. Provide regular reports on system performance and usage metrics to management.
  • Act as the primary contact with vendor for escalations, product enhancements, and troubleshooting issues, ensuring strong communication and timely resolution of problems.
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.

    EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE



    • High School diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelors in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred
    • 6+yrs experience with core banking platform management
    • 4+yrs experience with managing people


    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER INFORMATION

    Minimal travel is expected.

    This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information.

    Work from office locations in Newark, OH, Orlando or Weston, FL for candidates local to the area with the option for fully remote based on incumbent's home location.
