Description

Flexible Work Arrangement: 3 days (M, T, W) on-site in Newark, Ohio, Orlando or Weston, FL; 2 days remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES #Ll-Hybrid



  • Analyze and document requirements for lending products, collaborating with business stakeholders to gather functional and technical requirements.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for development.
  • Design and configure system enhancements to support lending operations, including loan origination, servicing, underwriting, and compliance.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for lending systems, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents.
  • Conduct root-cause analysist on system issues and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Ensure systems are operating efficiently, meeting performance standards, and complying with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead or contribute to projects aimed at improving lending systems, including new implementations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business operations, compliance, and risk management, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Create test plans and assist with conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) for a successful deployment of new features or system changes.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of lending data within the systems, providing data analysis and reporting support as needed.
  • Develop reports and dashboards that provide insight into loan portfolios, performance metrics, and system usage.
  • Ensure lending systems are compliant with industry regulations and internal security policies.
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks.
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards.
  • Other duties as assigned.


    EDUCATION - CERTIFICATIONS - WORK EXPERIENCE



    • High School diploma or equivalent required
    • Bachelors in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred
    • 2-4 years' experience in IT required with knowledge of lending processes and/or solutions.


    TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS AND OTHER INFORMATION

    Minimal travel is expected.

    Position can require evening and weekend work to oversee upgrades and/or fixes. Position has an on-call schedule arrangement.

    This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with customers and coworkers to discuss and observe account information in order to exchange accurate information.

    Work from office locations in Newark, OH, Orlando or Weston, FL for candidates local to the area with the option for fully remote based on incumbent's home location.
