Business Analyst

Here, you'll have the chance to lead an agile team as they develop digital products to solve your clients' most pressing missions. We're looking for someone like you to propel business analytics and processes forward, as well as delve into technology trends to deliver user-friendly client experiences.

You'll serve as a process and procedural subject matter expert to create, design, build, document, implement, evaluate, and improve upon a wide range of IT and Cyber business processes to achieve optimization of IT management, delivery of services, and increased cyber compliancy.

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience as an IT business analyst
• Experience conducting needs analysis, and designing, implementing, coordinating, assessing, and improving IT and cybersecurity business processes and procedures
• Experience developing, testing, validating, and documenting workflows, procedures, and processes
• Experience evaluating the effectiveness of IT business processes, address workflows, and information security requirements, and recommending improvements
• Experience reviewing or conducting audits of IT programs and projects
• Ability to develop methods to monitor and measure risk, compliance, and assurance efforts
• Ability to evaluate and provide input to implementation plans and standard operating procedures
• TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• IAT level II Certification

• Knowledge of risk management processes
• Knowledge of sustainment technologies, processes, and strategies
• Knowledge of IT acquisition and procurement requirements
• Ability to research and resolve the root causes of problems and recommend changes to processes and procedures
• Ability to gather feedback on customer satisfaction and internal service performance to foster continual improvement
• Ability to provide ongoing optimization and problem-solving support
• Bachelor's degree in IT

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
