Site Manager

STS Technical Services is actively seeking a highly responsible and dependable Site Manager to oversee operations at our client site in Nashville, Tennessee, supporting Embraer. This is a full-time position offering excellent growth potential, ideal for candidates with experience in vendor-managed inventory, site management, and fast-paced operations.

Schedule: 40-hour workweek (5/8s or 4/10s, with a preference for Wednesday to Sunday shifts)

• Manage on-site operations to ensure smooth daily function, with a focus on vendor-managed inventory.
  
• Lead and supervise a small team, overseeing distribution and operational tasks.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials, supplies, and services.
  
• Ensure that A/C maintenance is completed as needed.
  
• Monitor vending machine supplies and ensure products are stocked appropriately.
  
• Foster a sense of urgency in operations to meet distribution demands.
  
• Work closely with vendors and customers to maintain effective communication and resolve any operational challenges.
  

• Experience in vendor-managed inventory or site management.
  
• Knowledge of distribution or fast-paced operations.
  
• Familiarity with A/C maintenance (a plus but not required).
  
• Ability to work independently, make decisions, and solve problems in a dynamic environment.
  
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
  
• Experience managing staff or assistant management experience is preferred.
