Come spend the summer with the Adobe Service Management team! We are seeking a highly motivated Knowledge Management Intern to join the Adobe Service Management team. This role provides an outstanding opportunity to gain hands-on experience in establishing the standards and workflows needed to build, maintain and find critical service management documentation and knowledge articles for all Adobe teams. In this role, you will play a critical part in growing our organization's ability to enable AI-based self-help/self-learn solutions in support of Adobe's services quality and reliability.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with team members across several functions to identify and assess documentation and knowledge artifacts in scope.
  • Develop formatting, tagging and workflows needed to build and maintain Adobe Service management's knowledgebase on our ServiceNow platform.
  • Implement standard methodologies for content management to ensure content consistency and accuracy, as well as improve efficiency and usability.
  • Train and guide the organization on new processes, workflows and standards to facilitate the content migration to the new platform.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Pursuing a degree in Communications, English, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with technical terminology
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Experience in using knowledge management systems and documentation tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for problem-solving and a desire to improve Adobe's service reliability.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $25.00 -- $30.00 hourly. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay rate for your job location during the hiring process.
