Description Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin and Upper Michigan is currently looking for a Case Manager to join our team in working with veterans! This is a Benefit Eligible, Full Time role located in Our Veterans Resources Building in Chippewa Falls, WI. The Veterans Housing and Recovery Program helps address the issues faced by veterans who are homeless and gives them a hand up to get a fresh start at independent living. Under general direction, conducts individual one on one meetings with program veterans and provides daily living skill classes; provides case management with an emphasis on employment and training in obtaining and maintaining employment.
