You arrive early, review the day's surgical schedule, and begin preparing operating rooms-ensuring all instruments, sutures, and surgical tools are sterilized and perfectly arranged. You're a master of readiness, anticipating every move and need before it happens. During procedures, you are the surgeon's right hand-literally. You pass instruments, hold retractors, manage sponges, and maintain a sterile environment with laser focus. You are cool under pressure, quick on your feet, and ready for anything! No two days are the same-orthopedic, cardiovascular, general surgeries and more-each procedure brings new challenges, and you're a critical player in every one.
