Cooler/Warehouse Relief Operator

This position is responsible for performing any combination of receiving, storing and distributing tasks to assist in the distribution of our products. This position will relieve other Cooler Operators while they are on vacation. Cooler Operators are Order Pickers, Forklift Operators, and Case Washer Operators.

THESE POSITIONS EARN $24.16 PER HOUR, PLUS OVERTIME

THIS IS A RELIEF POSITION, SO THE SCHEDULE WILL VARY, DEPENDING UPON WHICH OPERATORS ARE ON VACATION FOR THAT WEEK. Shifts are: -7:00 A.M. to 3:00 PM, 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, 10:00 PM to 06:00 AM.

IT IS A REGULAR, FULL-TIME POSITION, WORKING AT LEAST 40 HOURS PER WEEK

• Previous experience operating a pallet jack and/or forklift is preferred
• Must be able to pass a forklift certification test
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs, frequently lift and/or move above shoulder height, stand, walk, kneel and bend required for virtually the entire shift
• Must be able to work in a cold, wet environment where temperature is maintained at 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit
• Be able to effectively work in a team environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
