Job Summary/General Purpose of the Job The Senior IT Business Analyst is a servant leader for the software development teams and a trusted advisor to a wide range of business stakeholders. Following the guidance of the Director of IT Business Analysis & Operations, the Senior IT Business Analyst serves as a liaison between IT and Association staff departments (e.g., Membership and Marketing, Digital Content). This role is responsible for assessing business needs and delivering technology solutions that improve business processes, products, and services for the Association's members and entities.
