Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Architect to join our CTO office team. The job is part of a skilled Technology Strategy leadership team that will analyse and support the CTO in driving the strategic direction of the company's technology initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of the technology landscape, the ability to analyse trends, and the skills to contribute to the development of long-term technology strategies.

The Software Architect will be responsible for the design, development, and optimization of cutting-edge storage systems. This role requires expertise in NVMe, NVMeOF, RDMA, and both Initiator and Target software development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain software for NVMe and NVMeOF storage solutions.
  • Design and implement RDMA-enabled storage systems for high-performance and low-latency operations.
  • Work on Initiator and Target software development to ensure seamless storage communication and data transfer.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate storage solutions into broader system architectures.
  • Stay abreast of the latest developments in storage technologies and contribute to the strategic direction of storage products.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in NVMe, NVMeOF, RDMA, Initiator, and Target software development.
  • Strong programming skills in C/C++, Python, or other relevant languages.
  • Familiarity with storage protocols, firmware, and driver development.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation in storage technologies.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with storage performance tuning and optimization.
  • Knowledge of distributed storage systems and cloud storage architectures.
  • Familiarity with open-source storage projects and contributions to the storage community.
  • Knowledge of transport protocols FC, iSCSI, TCP/IP, and SPDK & DPDK technologies.
  • Designed enhanced quality of service-aware high-performance network protocols
  • Familiarity with erasure coding RAID levels and data protection.
  • Familiarity with data protection, security compliance, and intelligent data management in multi-cloud environments.
