The LG Electronics USA Business Solutions division serves commercial display customers in the Hospitality, Digital Signage, Systems Integration, Healthcare, Education, Government and Industrial markets. Based in Lincolnshire, Il, with its dedicated engineering and customer support team our business solutions delivers business-to-business technology solutions tailored to the particular needs of business environments.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager for our Specialty Markets Vertical Solutions Team focused on Stadium, Arena and Public Venues.

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and help us grow our business by defining the voice of the customer and curating tailored solutions.

As the Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying business opportunities, defining customer needs, and developing customized solutions to drive growth and customer satisfaction. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to foster strong relationships with clients and ecosystem partners. This role focuses on The Voice of The Customer, Business Development and Solutions Curation.



  • Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and main points.
  • Develop and implement strategies to gather customer feedback through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
  • Analyze customer data to derive actionable insights and inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Act as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and challenges.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to secure new business deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Work closely with product development and marketing teams to curate and develop solutions that address customer needs.
  • Customize solutions to fit specific client requirements, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and innovations to continuously enhance our offerings.
  • Develop and implement GTM and business development strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development strategies and adjust as needed.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on business development activities and outcomes.


QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of market research and customer feedback methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.



Base Pay Range: $110,000 to 135,000

This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed. This position provides a Non sales incentive bonus.

Recruiting Range
$110,000 - $135,000 USD
