  • GENERAL FUNCTION

    The Marketing Analytics Manager is responsible for delivering data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to enhance business performance and optimize marketing programs and initiatives.

    MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



    • Drives the business perfomance diagnosis of our eyewear brands, with a focus on the frame business, through the creation of recurrent dashboards and ad-hoc deep-dive analytics.
    • Acts as a strategic partner to brand managers and directors in building the monthly business reviews for executive management, identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending corrective action plans.
    • Manages the frame portion of the yearly marketing budget planning and optimization, inclusive of forecasting marketing initiatives' outcomes and ROIs.
    • Leads data harmonization processes as needed, partnering closely with Finance, Sales Operation, Business Planning, Business Analytics and IT, to ensure data accuracy.
    • Manages the optimization of marketing campaigns and product launches, co-designing customer targetting segmentations with sales and marketing managers, and measuring their effectiveness.
    • Conducts qualitative and quantiative industry analytics and competitive intelligence to understand market trends and our market position, identifying market gaps, to ensure marketing leaders have all the necessary inputs to make quick informed decisions.


    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



    • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management Science, Engineering Management, Industrial Engineering or Finance.
    • 4+ years of experience in an analytics position.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with key business partners positively impacting business growth
    • Highly skilled in communicating and presenting results to executives.
    • Intellectual curiosity to proactively explore data, solve problems, challenge existing way of doing things, formulate new hypotheses, and to rigorously analyze them.
    • Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools, with experience in either Tableau, SQL, Business Objects or similar BI tool.


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



    • Experience in B2B or wholesale businesses.



Pay Range: 89,338.55-134,865.85

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
