About the Role As the Senior Manager of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), you will lead the development and execution of the company's ESG strategy, driving initiatives that enhance our environmental, social, and governance performance. You will provide strategic direction, oversee ESG programs and reporting, and work closely with senior leadership and other departments to integrate ESG principles into the company's operations and culture. This role will be based onsite at our global headquarters in St. Louis Missouri. Your Key Responsibilities
