Description

What The Role Is

Responsible for the proper handling and completion of all activity relating to daily adjustment items submitted from branches, other financial institutions and the Fed.

How You will Make an Impact



  • Travel for training as needed.
  • Receive and work daily adjustment requests.
  • Work adjustment cases in an accurate and timely manner, following federal laws and requirements.
  • Maintain Fed account to receive and send adjustment items.
  • Work with Image Processing department to resolve problems with duplicate electronic items.
  • Communicate and resolve issues with the Recon Department to clear outstanding debits and credits.
  • Log and track adjustment cases in the OnBase and Vector systems.
  • Submit proper paperwork to management for "charge off" items that are not collectable.
  • Assist Cadence Bank branches and corresponding banks with adjustments on their customer's accounts.
  • Work with Treasury Management Department to resolve problems with Express Deposit customers.
  • Verify the Vector Adjustment Suspense Account balances each day.

  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Close attention to detail and good organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills - including but not limited to working with & utilizing Microsoft programs, PDF and Google.
  • Detailed oriented and able to follow set guidelines.
  • Must be a self starter and excel at time management.
  • Willingness to work in a fast pace environment while providing accurate information.
  • Working knowledge of accounting basics.
  • Works cooperatively with others.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.



Education

High School or better.
