The Epic Beaker Team supports both Anatomic Pathology (AP) and Clinical Pathology (CP), helping our lab teams optimize workflows. The Specialist is a senior analyst who is an expert with Epic Beaker. To be successful, the Epic Beaker Specialist will be experienced in complex projects and performance improvement initiatives. The Specialist should have expert skills in lab instrumentation and other interfaces, 3rd party applications, Epic workflow, and Epic build. Responsibilities include: Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams Take the lead on troubleshooting and complex assignments. Coordinating/leading meetings, including those with clinical staff and leadership. Translate business requirements into operational solutions. Evaluate technical enhancements and consults with business to provide solutions to technical or process issues, guiding to best practices. Provides guidance, trains and develops the skills of less experienced IT staff.
