We are seeking an outstanding Order Capture Sr. Product Owner to drive our Go-to-Market sales systems, specifically around the Conga Suite, which includes tools for Salesforce automation, contract management, quote generation, and would be responsible for overseeing the product development lifecycle of Order Capture/Conga-related products or services. You will partner with our segments, regions, global sales operations, digital, commercial engineering, customer to cash and data & analytics teams to lead the Order Capture strategy and roadmap.

The ideal candidate will bring technology-enabled, large-scale Business Transformation experience and knowledge of industry trends, leveraging this credibility as a strategic advisor to our Sales, Systems, Global design, and technology partners. Critical to the role is the ability to think strategically about business and technical challenges as you drive efficiencies and quick innovation available on our Go-to-Market Systems. You will possess strong facilitation, data analytic and synthesis skills, with the ability to align diverse stakeholders on a common path forward, ensuring Business and IT leaders embrace joint ownership for results.

The Order Capture Sr. Product Owner will be responsible for the strategic development and management of Order Capture/Conga product offerings. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the products align with customer needs and company goals. The Order Capture Sr. Product Owner will lead the product vision, roadmap, and product lifecycle from conception through release, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that deliver value to our customers.

About the Role
In this opportunity as a Sr. Product Owner you will:

  • Develop strong product intuition by interpreting and assessing customer problems, business needs and opportunities and offering potential solutions with a moderate level of guidance and direction.
  • Build world class capabilities and products by creating a vision for product and maintaining the product roadmap and partnering closely with dev team and UX to execute the roadmap and deliver efficiently. This includes serving as the customer voice for the engineering teams, prioritizing the product backlog based on customer and business value, and using metrics to monitor and measure progress.
  • Demonstrate leadership by taking extreme ownership for a feature/product, its performance and reliability, and delighting our clients with a positive experience. You will show that you can learn from your experiences, recover from setbacks, and effectively evangelize the product vision to colleagues.
  • Define and communicate a clear vision for Order capture solutions, aligning with the company's strategic objectives and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the company, including sales, marketing, customer success, and engineering teams, to gather product requirements and feedback.
  • Translate business strategies into product strategies, plans, and initiatives.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of product documentation, user stories, and use cases.
  • Monitor product performance and make recommendations for enhancements or adjustments.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and work collaboratively to resolve any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with Legal, Regulatory, and Security requirements.

About You
You're a fit for the role of Sr. Product Owner if your background includes:

  • 8+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role in product management, particularly with SFDC/Conga and enterprise software applications.
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and Order Capture/Conga solutions with exposure to key integrating technologies such as SAP/S4 HANA
  • Results-oriented, impact driven and strategic thinker that enjoys helping stakeholders from current state to future state.
  • Thrive working collaboratively and cross-functionally, particularly with Sales, Solution and Technical Architects, Designers and External Partners
  • Expert in Agile methodologies and product development life cycles.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field.
