JOB TITLE: Call Center Scheduler

GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES:

• Answer phones
• Schedule appointments
• Schedule phone and office depositions
• Register all new patients
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION

• 2 years experience scheduling appointments and/or surgeries
• Experience with Medicare, PPO, HMO, PI, and WC preferred
• Nextgen Experience preferred/EXPERIENCE
