The team

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce and be adept in analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and implementing enhancements to improve our Salesforce environment. This role requires proficiency in at least four of the following areas: Experience Cloud, Shield, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Copilot, DataCloud.

The role
  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce initiatives.
  • Solution Design: Develop and propose effective Salesforce solutions that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Implementation: Configure and implement Salesforce features, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Testing: Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce solutions to ensure functionality and performance meet business needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effective use of Salesforce.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement within the Salesforce environment and implement best practices.
  • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionality and performance.
What you'll bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or related role.
  • Proficiency in at least four of the following areas: Experience Cloud, Shield, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Copilot, DataCloud.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • US Citizen and/or Greencard holder is required.
As required by the equal pay and transparency acts, the expected base salary for this position is:

Tier One Location (including New York City and California Bay Area): $102,000-$140,000

Tier Two Location (including Colorado, Seattle, and the rest of California): $89,000 - $137,000

Tier Three Location (including the rest of Washington State): $71,000 - $111,000

The expected pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi Vantara's bonus/variable/commission pay programs, where applicable, and are subject to the program's conditions and restrictions.
