What you'll do

We are looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop and implement programs to create and capture demand, targeting our global prospect and web audience. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to build and optimize end-to-end omnichannel marketing experiences for prospects and customers across multiple channels (e.g., email, website, in-product communications) to drive engagement, conversion, leads, and ultimately bottom-line revenue. You will support critical Product-Led Growth initiatives as part of our global web marketing strategy.

This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with a passion for optimizing the customer journey and enhancing user engagement. The ideal candidate has experience marketing B2B SaaS software and a background in building global demand strategies. You will have the opportunity to partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product-Led Growth, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Content, Analytics, Creative, Regional Marketing, Global Campaigns, and many more.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Lifecycle Marketing.

Responsibility

  • Build and implement a Lifecycle Marketing strategy to create and capture demand to meet business objectives and aggressive growth targets

  • Partner closely with the Product-Led Growth team to drive significant growth in web traffic, engagement, and move users down the funnel from leads to paid customers

  • Influence product roadmaps and initiatives to meet business outcomes by owning quarterly and annual KPIs

  • Work with regional marketing teams to identify and prioritize local market needs, and build near and long-term programs to increase engagement and conversion

  • Contribute to the overarching lifecycle marketing strategy, aligning with company and team objectives and key results to drive incremental high-value traffic and engagement

  • Identify and act on opportunities proactively to improve programs through experimentation and optimization efforts

  • Build and effectively communicate Lifecycle Marketing plans with forecasts and goals on a continued basis to keep cross-functional partners aligned and supportive of programs


Job Designation

Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring

Basic

  • 5+ years experience in lifecycle marketing or a similar role at a fast-growth company, ideally from a product-led SaaS business
  • Proven experience with strategizing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns, using best practices, and building scalable campaigns that deliver results
  • Experience working in a Product-Led Growth model
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Experience using data to derive insights and identify trends

Preferred

  • Highly analytical and metrics driven
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Dynamic, highly motivated, organized, self-starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with marketing personalization and experimentation, with the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly
  • Familiarity with project management tools, email service providers, dashboard and analytics tools, and web content platforms
  • Ability to think strategically and effectively to drive programs from inception to execution to analysis

Wage Transparency

Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:

California: $101,500.00 - $156,750.00 base salary

Washington: $97,000.00 - $139,525.00 base salary

Illinois: $97,000.00 - $133,300.00

This role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.
