Key Responsibilities

• Insight Enterprises is currently seeking a Senior Onsite O365 Administrator to provide on-site support for a client's migration project in Nashville, TN.

• Troubleshooting existing MSFT O365 workloads and configurations
• Implementing best practices for O365 administration
• Providing training to staff members and resolving technical issues
• Collaborating with Microsoft Unified Support to escalate and resolve complex issues when necessary

What you will need to succeed:

• Senior-level expertise in Microsoft O365 administration, with proficiency in configuring email, SharePoint, Active Directory, OneDrive, and Teams
• Ability to create and manage user accounts, groups, and licenses within the O365 environment
• Proficient in monitoring system performance and usage to optimize O365 operations
• Strong understanding of Microsoft E5 security features and the capability to configure the O365 Defender stack for enhanced security measures
