Global Outbound Marketing Segment Manager

Working closely with global campaign managers, regional field marketing, and product management counterparts, the global segment manager will develop strategic and tactical marketing plans to deliver impactful marketing campaigns to key customer segments across the CDG portfolio. The segment manager will also develop a multiyear branding campaign in alignment with Bio-Rad branding guidelines to be used in all CDG campaigns. In all campaigns, the segment manager will be using key metrics to track success and identify areas for improvement for the campaigns.

How You'll Make An Impact:



  • Develop and execute on strategic, multi-channel, cross-portfolio segment specific marketing plans to drive growth for the Clinical Diagnostics business in collaboration with global outbound marketing, field marketing, and product management
  • Lead the development of multi-year brand campaign conveying strong value propositions and clear product differentiation for key customer segments to drive the CDG business in alignment with Bio-Rad brand guidelines
  • Maintain campaign metrics dashboards for segment campaigns to measure effectiveness of marketing activities
  • Conduct market research to understand key trends, customer personas, regional variations and competitors to incorporate into strategic outbound marketing plans
  • Support the cultivation of relationships with key customers/KOLs and work with associations, government entities, and other organizations that influence the segments


What You Bring:



  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or marketing; Advanced degree preferred
  • Work Experience: 5-10 years outbound marketing experience in Life Science or Clinical Diagnostic Markets
  • Deep knowledge of Clinical Diagnostics market and the ability to communicate insights to a variety of audiences at different levels of seniority throughout the organization
  • Proven experience of using customer segmentation to drive specific marketing activities to the right customers at the right time
  • Ability to navigate a dynamic organization and lead through change.

Compensation: The estimated base salary range for this position is $149,000 to $204,000 at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. This position is eligible for a variable annual bonus, which is dependent upon achievement of your individual objectives and Company performance.
