The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in supporting organizational growth by partnering with hiring managers to attract, engage, and hire top talent for both non-exempt and exempt positions, with a particular focus on skilled trades recruitment. This individual will build strong relationships with operational leaders, develop innovative sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and provide guidance on recruitment best practices throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate is a proactive talent acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at identifying passive and active candidates, and is committed to delivering an exceptional experience for both hiring managers and applicants. JOB SUMMARY: The purpose of the TA Specialist will build relationships with department managers, introduce creative and innovative opportunities for sourcing candidates for non-exempt and exempt level positions, and educate partners on the process, procedures, and best practices.
