This role is responsible for reviewing and analyzing documentation present in the medical record and providing education. This position will work with directors, physician advisors, providers, quality, coding, and CDI to provide pertinent education. The educator will meet with providers to provide education and training on accurate coding practices and compliance issues related to their documentation. This position will meet regularly with leadership to plan education topics that will then be developed by the educator and presented to intended audience. Qualifications:
