The College and Graduate School of Arts & Sciences (A&S) seeks applicants for a Senior Fiscal Technician that will expand the administrative capacity of the business units in the College. The incumbent will report directly to the Divisional Resource Team Director of the Sciences. Responsibilities include working closely with members of the Divisional Resource Team Directors in the Dean's Office and providing transactional support to the academic business units in the College. Senior Fiscal Technician will analyze and process various financial transactions in Workday that include manual journal entries, payroll accounting adjustments, transfers, period activity pays, costing allocations, processing payments, purchasing and student hiring. The position will provide assistance on financial matters, providing up-to-date guidance on university financial policies and procedures; compile and track data in relation to area activities; and provide in the field coverage to academic business units in cases of fiscal staff vacancies. In addition to the above job responsibilities, other duties may be assigned. Minimum Requirement Preferred Qualifications:

The anticipated salary for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hourly ($41,600 - $52,000 annually). This is a non-exempt level, benefited position.
