The Product:

Flexera One offers a comprehensive approach to FinOps, facilitating collaboration between cloud governance teams and business units to optimize cloud spending. This includes identifying savings opportunities, implementing optimizations, and automating processes across the cloud environment

Partner Enablement Manager (Managed Services Providers - Hybrid FinOps).

Role Overview: As a Partner Enablement Manager at Flexera, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Managed Services Providers (MSPs) in the Hybrid FinOps domain. Your primary objective will be to build strategic partnerships with MSPs, enabling them to leverage Flexera's solutions effectively along with the partners current service offerings

Responsibilities:

  • Drive growth of MSP partners who specialize in Hybrid FinOps, ensuring a strong and diverse partner ecosystem. Develop and execute partner engagement strategies to drive revenue growth through partner channels

  • Collaborate with MSP partners to understand their business needs and align them with Flexera's solutions and value propositions

  • Enable partners through training programs, sales enablement tools, and resources to effectively sell and support Flexera's products and services.

  • Foster long-term relationships with MSP partners, serving as their primary point of contact within Flexera.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, to ensure alignment with business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and drive continuous improvement. Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales roles, preferably in the software or technology industry.

  • Strong understanding of the Managed Services Provider landscape, specifically within the Hybrid FinOps domain.

  • Proven track record of successfully identifying and managing strategic partnerships.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make datadriven decisions.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in partner enablement or a similar role within the technology industry

  • Deep understanding of FinOps principles, cloud financial management, and cost optimization strategies

  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience

  • Experience developing and delivering training programs, sales enablement materials, and technical resources

  • Certifications in cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus

  • Knowledge of sales methodologies (MEDDICC or MEDDPICC) and sales enablement best practices

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners at all levels

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field
