Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description:

This role supports the Global Category Team in the company's effort to continually improve strategic sourcing and supply chain optimization, with a focus on maintaining cost efficiencies and driving global supply chain excellence. This position reports to the Global Category Manager and is on-site at our San Antonio, Texas Fab.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze procurement and supply chain data to support decision-making, focusing on global category management. This will include global company spend, supplier spend, site spend, and other analysis. Compare price variance across sites and understand the differences to identify anomalies and opportunities to secure cost savings. Assist in the development of negotiation plans, with a focus on price target setting.
  • Supplier Management: Assist in supplier performance evaluations, tracking KPIs, and cost reduction initiatives. Collaborate with the sites to consolidate scorecard inputs across all sites.
  • Forecasting & Demand Planning: Collaborate with the Material Planning Team on demand forecasting and inventory optimization to ensure uninterrupted supply and leverage future spend in negotiation plans.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements within the global supply chain. Work closely with the Global Systems and Process leader to provide the required systems, reports, and data for the Global Category Team.
  • Market Research: Conduct market analysis to support category strategies, create leverage in negotiations, and identify new sourcing opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in data analysis, procurement, or supply chain within the semiconductor industry.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Supply Chain analytics
  • Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
