As a Senior Director, Continuous Improvement you will develop deep expertise in continuous improvement strategies and AI applications. ResponsibilitiesYou will build and deploy the core tools and methodologies of continuous improvement in order to drive achievement of targeted results in security, quality, and delivery. As you lead process improvement and the development of business outcomes for complex processes you will assess process performance. You'll facilitate teams in definition of improvement goals, leveraging relevant benchmarks to set a high bar, and support implementation of improvements to achieve targeted outcomes. You will facilitate process execution and lead a clear end-to-end view of expected business outcomes for owned processes. You'll manage stakeholder engagement rhythm and partnerships by addressing pain points to resolve challenges and to drive sustainment of improvements. You will facilitate the process improvement sustainment, including assess performance data, interpret analyses, and translate insights into recommendations to support teams adoption of continuous improvement. You'll use data results to identify opportunities, communicate results, lead the incorporation of process methodologies and leverage feedback from others to identify opportunities for future process improvements and work with teams to implement, using kaizen.You will lead change management using your advanced understanding of the business and continuous improvement. You'll lead teams in end-to-end implementation of improvement for complex processes that span multiple business functions and lead documentation maintenance for flow, controls, underlying systems, and requirements needed.Embody our Culture and Values
