Pay Range: $89,000-$126,000 What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
- Oversee and manage relevant ESG trends, including the ESG ratings and rankings, reporting frameworks, sustainability reporting standards and disclosure legislation, and provide recommendations for how these developments impact the company.
- Manage the end-to-end process of developing sustainability and ESG reports in partnership with a cross-functional team of stakeholders. This includes the processes for collecting, managing and summarizing the content for inclusion in reports, content development, editing, reviews and approvals, data collection, and report design.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on global ESG reporting matters and ensure that reporting is aligned to the requirements of various regulations (including SEC & CSRD).
- Track, analyze, and report on metrics in support of ESG initiatives.
- Research, develop, and manage philanthropic projects consistent with the company's values.
- Prepare presentations and supporting materials for executive audiences.
- Support and develop compliance-oriented programs focused on adherence to relevant international and national laws including, but not limited to, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other anti-corruption laws, competition law, data privacy, etc.
- Analyze records of the company, its subsidiaries, and departments and interview management and staff to ensure effective and efficient controls and compliance with applicable agreements, laws and regulations.
- Manage and develop staff within the department.
- Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
What You'll Need (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience (i.e. sustainability and ESG, finance, accounting, management consulting, risk and data management).
- Professional certification is preferred.
