Do you enjoy solving complex technical challenges in a team environment? Can you identify the specific strengths of a team, and direct those strengths effectively? Can you cast a forward-looking strategic vision, and work across business functions to drive that vision? Sealed Air is undergoing transformational change and we need dynamic leaders in our Innovation & Development (I&D) organization to drive that change. This position will support our growth strategy by leading the development of automation equipment and optimizing our current portfolio of solutions in the high-performance packaging space. The scope of work in the I&D organization is broad and will require this position to provide technical and project leadership within I&D, across department boundaries, and with external partners, throughout all stages of product development and lifecycle management.
