Must be willing to work in a non-climate controlled environment and work overtime as needed, Drug testing and background checks are required upon offer of employment. Primary Job Duties: Responsible for all operation and set up of production machinery Meet or exceed company quality standards Maintain regular and predictable attendance Comply with company processes and procedures Follow verbal and written instructions Stand, walk, lift, bed, stoop, and reach while handling material or products Work cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with all team members, vendors, and visitors Perform job duties in variable temperatures based on weather conditions (including hot weather) Ensure good housekeeping of all areas and company premises Successfully complete drug and background screenings Mandatory Prerequisites: Must process competent reading/writing skills to read operating procedures, production records, and machine data sheets Able to walk/stand for duration of shift Able to push, pull, or lift 50+ pounds Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
