Join us as our newest Production Operator!

In this role you'll make an impact by:

• Operating and monitoring equipment and processes either manually or via computer programs.
• Preparing and assuring raw materials are available for use in the plant process equipment.
• Taking and analyzing product samples.
• Troubleshooting abnormal equipment and process performance.
• Completing documentation as required.
• Completing facility cleaning as required.
• Preparing maintenance notifications, performing LOTO's, and assisting maintenance personnel as needed.
• Participating in a highly motivated team.

Potentially relevant experience:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• Ability to push, pull, kneel, squat
• Lift up to 60 pounds unassisted
• Ability to use tools and turn valves, align hoses, etc.
• Ability to use PPE such as but not limited to: uniform, hard hat, goggles, ear protection, hair net, beard net, & respirator
• Ability to climb stairs and work at heights (ladders, platforms, & tanks)
• Ability to enter & work in a confined space

Schedule:

• 12-hour shifts working 6:45-7:15am/pm
• 2-2-3 schedule - working 5 days one week and 2 days the next
• 2 weeks of night shift followed by 2 weeks of day shift

Expected salary range:

• $22/hr-$23/hr base pay
• Shift differential pay
• Overtime available
• Certification program available for increasing base pay
