FLDP Analyst (Finance Leadership Development Program Analyst)

Electrolux is seeking analysts for our Finance Leadership Development Program. As a participant in the program, you will develop both professionally and personally through partnership with business and Finance leaders across multiple disciplines as you solve business challenges across the North America footprint.

You will be based in Charlotte, NC at our North America Headquarters.

Summary:

  • Grow your career, sharpen your skills and discover your strengths through exposure to multiple disciplines and functions within the Finance organization
  • Develop your leadership skills through direct exposure and interaction with leaders at all levels of the organization
  • Participation in and lead projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Complete up to two, distinct one-year assignments in the Finance function
  • Build your business acumen and financial knowledge as you partner with the business at our NA corporate headquarters in Charlotte, NC
  • Complete at least one assignment in one of our NA factories, where you will learn the fundamentals of our manufacturing business

Qualifications:

  • You have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have been exposed to data analytics or dashboards tools (i.e: Tableau, PowerBI, Python, R, others)
  • You take initiative and have clearly demonstrated leadership experience
  • You are a network builder who works collaboratively with others to achieve results with a sense of urgency
  • You take pride in your work and possess strong analytical skills with attention to detail
  • You communicate clearly both verbally and in writing
  • You possess unquestionable ethics and integrity

Minimum Qualifications:

  • You currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or related field from an accredited institution
  • You possess at least one significant professional experience in finance or business, acquired through a permanent role or an internship
