Responsibilities: Onsite support reporting directly to the Project Manager and working closely with the Sauer site team performing daily functions and managing the workflow and subcontractors. Essential Functions: Work with the Sauer project team and subcontractors to resolve construction issues and coordinate progress. Maintain RFI log, as-builts, project schedule, close out documents and material status logs. Develop purchase orders, subcontractor documentation, weekly owners meeting agenda and other general project requirements. Ensure Company procedures and standards are maintained. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Mechanical Engineering desired. Minimum 2 years' experience in Construction LEED Accredited, MS Office efficient, Auto Bid, Estimating a plus. Skill/Competencies: Able to perform the following activities: standing and walking for long periods of time, stooping, bending, climbing (ladder, scaffold, steps, etc.), working overtime and weekends as needed. Ability to push, pull, and frequently lift and carry objects. Able to withstand weather elements (including but not limited to heat, wind, rain, etc.).
