Job Summary: As the lead Human Resource Business Partner for our Global Marketing organization, this role will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and other NetApp executives to align HR strategies to business objectives, optimize organizational performance and foster a high-performance work environment. The ideal candidate isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves given the roles responsibilities include both strategy and execution, owning work end-to-end. This role requires the ability influence, coach and execute with rigor. Serve as an advisor and coach to CMO and the Marketing leadership team. Actively engage with senior leaders, to shape HR strategies aligned with the best interests of the business. Proactively identify and address critical organizational and talent challenges and remove barriers impeding the success of the business. * Lead strategic HRBP work including organizational design, workforce planning, talent management and building talent pipeline. Highly preferred locations for this opportunity are Research Triangle Park (RTP) NC, Boulder CO, New York NY, and San Jose CA. Job Requirements
* Demonstrated examples of driving results through HR business partnership, with direct experience supporting Marketing organizations.
