GAI Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Senior Land Development CAD Designer for our growing Orlando and Jacksonville, Florida offices. A successful candidate is one who uses engineering principles, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other softwares to design and develop plans for civil infrastructure projects.

Job Duties:



  • Prepare plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Participates in technical studies, design, preparation of specifications, and technical plans.
  • Filling out and completing permit applications for processing.
  • Construction administration support including field observation reports.


General Characteristics



  • Interprets, organizes, executes, and coordinates assignments for the production of midsize to large projects.


Minimum Years of Experience



  • 10+ Years of Experience


Education



  • Associate Degree from an accredited Technical School or equivalent experience.


Certification/Licensure



  • Driver's License


Technical Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage tasks to successful completion for time, budget, schedule, and quality.
