Position Summary This position processes a variety of donor account transactions professionally, quickly, accurately, and confidentially. Provides an exceptional experience to donors by building relationships and offering appropriate giving and upgrade opportunities. The Donor Services Associate helps to maintain the integrity of the database, assists with donor care issues and helps the Development Department as needed. Works under the direction of the Donor Services Manager. This is a 100% on-site position, working at the Carson, CA office. Essential Functions
PAY RANGE: $23.00-$28.00/HR
Must be able to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Must be able to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, file cabinet drawers, and reach overhead. Must be able to lift to 25 lbs. Minimum Qualifications

High School or Equivalent (required)
Experience
Bilingual (preferred) (preferred)
